The facilitator who runs each Forum meeting is a business coach with extensive entrepreneurial and business experience including business ownership.
How does the CEO Forum actually work?
Each Forum group has a limit of eight entrepreneurs who come from a variety of industries, and there are no competitors within each group. Groups meet monthly for four hours and are scheduled one year in advance in order to incorporate the meetings into each participant’s schedule. Board members also receive monthly one-on-one private executive coaching sessions from their facilitator.
Board members’ companies must meet certain eligibility requirements to participate. Each member receives private coaching for up to two months before they can be matriculated into the appropriate group based on their business size, sales, and goals.
Typically, groups meet for one to two years, but stay in touch for years afterward. The strength of the connections formed through this Forum means you support and advise other company owners through all phases of a business life cycle.
