Business Concepts’ Mastermind groups are especially designed for different levels of individuals so that the members can really enjoy a ‘group of peers’ and suit various personality, learning, and community styles. We offer the CEO Forum, the Women’s Boards and our ‘virtual’ mastermind partnership program, called KMOT™, all to help our clients achieve personal, professional and organizational success.
The CEO Forum is a group of privately held businesses who gather together as your peer board of advisors to solve challenges and seize new opportunities. Members openly discuss the issues facing their businesses in a confidential environment and together develop growth strategies with their peers. Board members meet monthly to learn from one another’s successes and mistakes, thus creating a sounding board for best business practices. Each month, the facilitator coach guides the program through a specific framework. Part of the meeting may feature an expert resource with extensive knowledge in a particular business discipline.
Women are doing important jobs and BCI’s Women’s Boards nurture, sustain and celebrate these vital contributions! Women business owners and executives represent an increasingly important contributor to the economy and a significant employment force. We’re also suppossed to have balanced lives, raise families, take care of our aging parents, and… well… everything else. All of us could use some support with these huge responsibilities!
Our Women’s Boards provide female business owners, leaders and executives support for building profitable, thriving businesses and making similar opportunities available to women throughout New England. Our Boards adopt a unique approach to empowering female business leaders in a small, confidential group atmosphere. We focus on:
- mutual accountability and support
- peer advising
The non-competitive and mutually supportive business environment within each of Women’s Board groups fosters the honest sharing of challenges without concern of competition.
