We are on a mission to enable small businesses to flourish regardless of the economic times and to give the owners the tools necessary to run a successful company.

How Are We Different?

We are different than other firms because we have specific business-ownership expertise and share insights from the experience of having started and run multiple companies. We’ve been helping service based businesses since 2002.

Originally, Business Concepts was founded to provide management consulting for technology-based organizations seeking outside, independent, expert advice. As our client base grew and we focused on small businesses, we saw a re-occuring need of all service-based companies to have a road-map or more systems approach to their growth and infrastructure development. All of our clients were good at what they did for clients but almost all of them got to the point where their success ended up trapping them. We started providing a success framework to help companies intelligently and pro-actively decide which steps to take next, and plan, manage, and sustain their growth and success. We measure our results closely and specifically. Where Are We Today?

Business Concepts’ focus has broadend to help a more diverse base of clients. We continue to work with technology based companies and also include:

  • contractor businesses
  • banking and finance organizations
  • legal and wellness professionals
  • media and marketing firms and
  • mission-based organizations like the performing arts, higher education, pre-school, and churches.

We also have developed an extensive alliance program with professional service providers who have expertise in accounting, human resources and technology solutions to complement our offering and better serve our small and mid-sized clients.

We work with clients in multiple cities and towns across the U.S. including Boston, Worcester, Westborough, Northborough, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, Marlboro, and Southborough.
